About the Client
We are representing a multinational medical company with stable business and environment. They are currently looking for an Office Manager to support the general office admin and secretary tasks.
About the Role
- Directly report to the Managing Director, supervise an office assistant
- Responsible for full spectrum of office administration duties including but not limited to office supplies, facilities management, leasing contracts, visa application and yearly budgeting
- Support the Managing Director on business matters such as calendar and meeting management, taking minutes and travel booking
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Lead any related office projects such as relocation and renovation projects
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree holder in related discipline
- 8+ years of Office Administration and/or Executive Assistant experience, ideally with multinational SMEs
- Detail-minded, motivated and with positive mindset
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
