About the Client
Our client is a sizeable organisation with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an innovative and energetic Office Manager to join them and lead the Administration Team.
About the Role
Reporting to CFO, you have to play a strategic role and understand the workplace-related needs and feedbacks from various users and drive for continuous service and improvement. You will lead a team of 20+ staff members to ensure the daily office administration operates smoothly in accordance to the company requirement. Moreover, you will be required to manage the performance of the service contractors including staff canteen and shuttle bus service as well as to manage the carpool services. In addition, you will work closely with the Procurement Department in vendor selection and contract arrangement. Last but not least, you will be lead various annual staff functions and ad hoc staff activities, so as to provide a good working environment and atmosphere to staff at all levels.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 10 years of hands-on Administrative and Office Management experience gained from sizeable companies. Having strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
