About our Client:
Our client is one of the world leading luxury retail company. Aiming to leverage on new technologies and provide quality service for their customers, they are seeking for an Omnichannel IS Assistant Manager to drive the omnichannel projects for the Hong Kong, Japan and APAC Digital Squad team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Asia Pacific IS&T Director, you will be the key driver for business departments and corporate teams on omnichannel projects (i.e. eShop) deployment and enhancement of new/ existing solutions in Global Asia. To support these projects, you will interact with support organizations, ensure respect of SLA on incident resolution, perform periodic reviews and KPI reporting. You will lead regular business reviews with the stakeholders on existing projects, coming business initiatives (campaign, etc.) as well as service on support (incidents). Through monitoring, evaluating, setting roadmaps with the local vendors (3PL, payments, etc.) in APAC countries, you will lead the omnichannel Integrated Payment initiatives on all distribution channels.
Requirements:
Degree educated in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IS related field liked to Digital/Ecommerce projects in an international context. Experience in Business Analysis, consultancy and documentation of business processes and exposure in multinational corporation across APAC is required. Experience in web/mobile application development/support and Oracle ATG Web Commerce Platform in retail context would be highly advantageous. You will have strong communication skill, presentable, organized and be able to manage multiple projects and prioritized deliveries. Proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese is a must. Knowledge in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese and French would be a plus. Occasional business travel across APAC will be required.
