About the Client:
Our client is a global leading luxury brand with a need to hire an Omnichannel IS Assistant Manager, responsible for omnichannel processes on digital applications and services.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Asia Pacific IS&T Director, you will work as a main entry point on project development of new solutions and enhancements of existing solutions in Asia Pacific. You will interact with support organisations to ensure respect of SLA on incident management, periodic reviews and KPI reporting. You will lead regular business reviews with stakeholders on existing projects, coming business initiatives (campaign, etc.) and service on support (incidents). You will be responsible for service monitoring & evaluation, evolution roadmap. You will lead the omnichannel payment initiative on all distribution channels.
The Successful Applicant:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience with IS related to Digital/ E-commerce projects and support.
- Extensive project management experience on international horizon and business analysis.
- Advanced experience with reporting and communication to top management.
- With following experience considered as a PLUS:

- Web & mobile application development
- Oracle Web Commerce Platform
- Application support

- Proficiency with (change to "in") English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
