About Our Client:

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing operational support. You are required to handle client enquiries and shipment tracing, as well as to resolve shipment related issues.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in any discipline or above
- 1-2 years shipping working experience (Fresh Graduate will also be considered)
- Good command of both written & conversational English & Putonghua
- Proficient in computer knowledge
- Detail-minded, mature, stable & able to work independently
