About the Company
Our client is a market leader in retailing consumer electronics and lifestyle gadgets & accessories. To cope with business expansion management is looking for an energetic Operations Manager to direct the daily retail sales & operation of the newly founded young line division for Hong Kong and Macau markets.
About the Role
Reporting to the Sales & Operation Head, this new headcount will work as a peer with another Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily sales & operations of 12 stores across Hong Kong and Macau.
Our client will be expecting the Operations Manager to further strengthen the brand sales performance through analysing sales data and actively leading the fronltine sales team consisting of 30+ full time staffs. You will be focus in leading the frontline sales team by example and ensuring the frontline members are delivering excellent service standards.
Requirements
- Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any well established retail label (Management Trainee background will be highly preferred)
- Minimal of 7 years retail working experience wth at least 2 years at a multi-store managerial level (candidates with less experienced can be considered as Area Manager)
- Experienced in multi-store management and ability to lead a large team is a must
- Strong service mindset and ability to represent the brand as an Ambassador
- Active and self-driven character, passionate towards uptrending gadgets and accessories would be a plus
- Strong commercial sense and understanding towards domestic retail markets
- Strong capability to communicate and collaborate with frontline sales team is a must
- Resourceful, self-motivated and independent with proven problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
