Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in fast-paced recruitment team
- Support in HR function such as employee relations, employment contract and rostering
- Maintain staffs record update, on-boarding and off-boarding issue
- Assistant Payroll team including update & maintain payroll records, collecting timesheet and cross checking
- Assist in any ad hoc task(Occasionally support in holiday)
Requirement :
- Higher Diploma or above level in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- With relevant experience in Retail/ Sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prfioritize with excellent organisational skills & time management
- Strong communication skills, independent and diligent
