Operational risk - Senior Manager / Manager
Our client is a retail & commercial bank based in Hong Kong. To cope with the fast expansion, they are looking for senior operational risk candidates with wide-spectrum experience in banking . (Multiple headcounts - both 1st or 2nd lod candidates will be considered as well)
- Directly report to Head of Operational Risk
- Review all the operational risk incidents and perform remedial action, continuously review the internal control measures and performance indicators
- Monitor regulatory developments of HKMA and other relevant requirements
- Review and develop the bank wide operational risk policy and procedure manuals on a need basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- With over 7 years banking experience in Audit , Operational Risk, Consulting firm or
Security vendor Good communication skills - Multi-tasking and good interpersonal skill
- PSP/ CPP is a plus
- Familiar with insurance business - policy renew / claims management is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as manager
