About the Client
Our Client is a well established Singaporean Catering Group with renowned multi-branded restaurants across Singapore and Malaysia. To maximise capacity and identify growth opportunities for the future, they are looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Director based in Singapore or Malaysia to support the CEO in managing the restaurant business.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be opening and managing operations of 5-6 restaurant outlets and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures, carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
As Operations Director, your core responsibilities will include managing all 5-6 outlets, training new and existing employees, planning, assigning and directing work and addressing employee performance and corrective action plans. Moreover, you will organize and manage the budgets and P&L in collaboration with the CEO.
Requirements
- 8+ years' in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in F&B, in which 5 years in managerial level
- Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within the agreed deadline
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
