About Our Client
Our client is a global leading medical device provider with approximately 15,000 staff worldwide and operate over 100 countries. They are looking for an Operations Manager of International Supply Chain Operations Management & Office Administration who would be reporting to a General Manager, and responsible for take lead to manage international logistics of goods supply, demand planning, warehouse operations, and administrative support in their Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Handle international logistics support, order management, 3PL management, and inventory control with different teams to ensure the order fulfillment, government legislations, and schedule timelines are met
- Handle record keeping of shipping documents and custom declaration
- Review and develop SOP and guidelines in handling dangerous goods for both shipping and storage purpose
- Support warehouse and inventory management by performing regular cycle count and annual stock take in order to maintain inventory accurately
- Review logistics cost, analysis and comparison on logistics service providers to minimize the logistics cost, and deploy all logistics contract negotiation with the best price and terms
- Provide office administrative support and maintain operations system to local office and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Support on-boarding arrangement and orientations to new joiners
- Organize local office internal activities, travel arrangements and meetings
- Handle sponsorships, organize campaigns and events, and participate in relevant events
- Outsourced vendors management and performance monitoring
- In charge with company policies, workflow procedures and guidelines
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management/ Business Management/ Administration or related disciplines
- Experience in International Supply Chain/ Logistics Operations (air/ ocean freight) is preferred
- Knowledge in Oracle is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and Power Point
- Fluent of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
