About Our Client :
Our client is a watch company and currently looking for a Operations Manager to manage its retail operations team.
About the Role:
- Manage both online and offline business in HK
- Prepare sales and other performance reports for business analysis
- Plan and direct the sales strategies and set up KPI and action plan for each POS
- Work with retail teams for new store openeing and team expansion plan
- Review & ravemp operational processes
- Coach & guid the team to enhance efficiency
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of related retail experience of which 4 years at supervisory level
- Strong in data anlytics, good presentaionation skills
- Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
