Our client is one of the leader property developers in Hong Kong. They are hiring for a Paralegal with 5+ years of relevant experience to join.
About The Role
Working within a stable and sizeable team, you will:
- Support General Counsel and Legal Counsels on the handling of tenancy, leases and license agreements
- Follow up on litigation matters relating to property, property management and construction
- Cooperate with internal business teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct legal research and support with legal administration duties e.g. filing and database maintenance
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a diploma holder or above in Legal Studies, with 5+ years of relevant work experience in law firms and or in-house legal department of a property company. You will be proficient in MS Word usage, and with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with high attention to detail will help excel in this role.
