About The Client
Our client is a leading MNC retailer, currently looking for a Paralegal / Legal Manager to join as part of their growing team in Hong Kong. Based in Hong Kong and overseeing APAC operations, this incumbent will have minimum 5+ years relevant legal experience acquired from multicultural work environment. This role is a one man band position and targeting candidates with high proficiency in English and an independent legal practitioner familiar with commercial agreements, NDA and legal advisory.
About The Role
Reporting into the Group Senior Management, you will help review and draft service agreement as required, also involved in NDAs and be the internal legal advisor to internal stakeholders. You will also involve in business negotiations and liaise with external counsels and/or regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a Law-degree holder with minimum 5+ years experience working within an MNC and lean team environment. You will demonstrate sound track record in handling commercial legal matters and with the independence and maturity taking up a one-man-band role. English and Chinese will be required for this role, and someone with high adapability to a process-driven work culture will help excel in this role. This role pays up to HKD50,000 per month.
