Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Administer staff records and maintain candidate and employee database
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records in company system
- Organize employee event which is aligned with company goals and values, and that it supports employee engagement and a positive company culture
- Assist in answering employee compensation enquiries
- Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Ability to answer enquiries in professional manner
- Fast-paced, energetic and service oriented are the key elements
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is advantageous
