Responsibilities
- Proficient in IT project management - Assist in planning and implementation of IT projects and system enhancements
- Understand the operational flow for drafting user requirements, advise on system prototypes, functions, and report design, conduct User Acceptance Tests, and draft user manual
- Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders in the system design and testing process
- Compile statistical / management reports and conduct data analysis
- Assist case officers in tasks relating to the investigation, disciplinary proceedings, or prosecution against authorized insurers and insurance intermediaries for contravention of the Insurance and related legislation
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information system discipline is preferred
- Experience in the investigation, compliance, or regulatory field is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel (hands-on experience in Excel functions e.g. Pivot-table, VLOOKUP, VBA, etc. is a plus)
- Immediate availability is preferable
