Job Description
Responsibilities 工作內容:
- Deliver excellent customer service
提供優質顧客服務 - Introduce the product according to customer needs
根據顧客喜好推廣相關產品 - Assist the shop in charge in daily operation include stock management, refill the product display etc.
協助店舖日常運作,貨倉整理,保持存貨充足
Requirements 工作要求:
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
流利粵語, 英語及普通話 - Minimum 1 years of customer service experience (such as Aviation or Hospitality etc.)
具1年或以上客戶服務經驗(如航空業/酒店業等等) - Service oriented, proactive, mature and work with passion
主動積極、良好溝通技巧及應變能力 - Fresh Graduate will also be considered
歡迎畢業生應徵 - (For Part-time) Able to work for at least 3 days a week
(兼職)每週最少工作三日
