Job Description
My client is well-know company in Hong Kong more than 20 years. In recent years, they are dedicated to digital innovation, expanding from a food review portal and restaurant search engine to an all-encompassing O2O FoodTech services platform.
Job duty
- Monitor Reward operations including offer liaise with external partner, promotions and campaign planning, content management, logistics, agreement, payment, customer enquiries.
- To identify new partnership opportunities and develop new prospect leads
- Establish long-term relationships with key strategic partners and business partners
- Assist to plan and implement Loyalty initiatives to achieve strategic goals in member acquisition, member retention, partnership marketing
- Work closely with different internal BU for the marketing campaign and communications preparation
- Prepare the analytical report to understand member behaviors and evaluate reward performance
Requirement
- Degree holder, preferably in Marketing related disciplines;
- At least 5 years experience in partnership management, eBusiness or Marketing
- Good business acumen and innovative with a passion to success
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
- Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive
- Fast learner, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
