About The Client
Our client is a progressive bank with a strong business objective to bring 'Agile' to business transformation. They are now looking for a People & Development Manager to support with driving new talent programmes to enhance employees' competency, staff engagement and also culture transformation.
About The Role
Reporting into the Team Head, you will work closely with respective banking business units and support with new training programmes including e-learning, video production relating to people engagement and development. You will demonstrate strong passion in training and comes with financial knowledge and ability to build digital / fintech competencies for the business, also support with the bank's culture transformation embedding the "agile" methodology.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated ideally with CFP/CFA/Scrum Master qualifications. You will have 8+ years of relevant training experience from financial services sector (preferably banking) and prior exposure in the design and development of training programmes. You will also be a highly independent and someone self-motivated to challenge status quo and bring in new ways of thinkgin and practice in turn for driving a agile company culture. Strong influencing skills to business stakeholders, and good proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) required for this role.
