Our client is a Hong Kong listed retail bank with growing potentials in Macau and Greater China region. They are currently hiring for a seasoned performance analyst as part of the business expansion plan.
About the Role
Familiar with Oracle MA system, you will analyse the company's performance includes comparing intended outcomes with actual outcomes, evaluating quality controls to see how effective they are and identifying errors in the system. You will communicate these evaluations to management in form of written or oral reports as well as making presentations, so as to help make organisations more profitable through reduced costs, increased revenues and boost in organisation's efficiency.
Requirements
To qualify for the position, you would be a Degree holder in Finance, Accounting and/ or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 6 years' experience within banking industry and with focus in performance analysis. You will demonstrate strong communications skills to business stakeholders, deep technical knowledge using Oracle MA system, and strong written and verbal presentation skills.
