About the Client

Our client is a sizeable corporate from the banking and finance industry, they are now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Performance & Reward Manager to join the team.

About the Role

  • Support the Head of Performance & Rewards on designing, implementing and enhancing Performance and Rewards program, exercises and strategies
  • Conduct data analysis on annual exercises including salary review & benchmarking, bonus review, appraisal system and staff costing
  • Act as reward advisor to ensure C&B programs are externally competitive and internally equitable to support the talent agenda of the business
  • Review and revamp C&B policies and procedures, make sure they are aligned with business objectives and future growth plan
  • Compiling reports and proposal for management review and approval
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects if required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of hands on experience in the area of total rewards management preferably from sizeable corporations
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Powerpoints and Words) and any data analytic tools
