About our Client
Our client is a local conglomerate in Hong Kong and they are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Group Chairman's family for providing support on personal and family matters.
About the Role
- Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day to day operation for the chairman's family household
- Supervise the helpers, drivers, security guards, and gardener
- Planning family travel, itineraries and schedules, coordinate meetings & personal activities
- Organize family events including dinners, outgoing activities, family gatherings and trips
- Decide the food menu and liaise with maids
- Responsible for property maintenance, renovation, repair, moving, pest control
- Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
The Successful Applicant
- With a minimum of 3 years experience as Personal Assistant, Butler or Household Manager
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Presentable, dependable and dynamic, able to work independently and be detail-oriented
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, able to multi-task
