Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business based in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support on the chairlady's personal and household matters.
About Our Role
- Proven ability to schedule and coordinate meetings
- Work independently and manage highly confidential information
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and activities, and prioritize work
- Manage travel arrangements
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising ad hoc projects
- Managing the family's schedules and calendars
The Successful Candidate
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and working in a sizable company
- High flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and act in a proactive manner
- Ability to work independently and a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written Chinese and English with the ability to communicate effectively
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships
