About Our Client
Our client is a biotechnology company headquartered in the United States. Due to the IPO plan, they are currently looking for a seasoned Personal Assistant cum Office Manager to support the CFO and set up the office in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the CFO on both business and personal matters
- Managing schedules, coordinating business meetings, travel arrangement and closely work with internal counterparts to ensure smooth daily operation
- Handling household matters such as housing rental, private trip arrangement, kids' school matters and any adhoc request from CFO
- Handling the application and renewal of Business Registration
- Responsible on office leasing negotiation and contracting, move in and out arrangement, facilities management and maintenance
- Assist in any adhoc tasks
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 8+ years of personal assistant and office management experience, ideally from small/medium size MNCs
- Excellent proficiency of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proactive, presentable and with strong communication skills
- Immediately available is an advantage
