Our client is a well-known luxury retailer with long history in Hong Kong and currently looking for an Personal Assistant to the Board of Director and his families.
About The Role
- To assist the Board of Director for his personal matters and schedules confidentially and effectively
- Maintain calendar and meeting schedules of the executives in a timely and professional manner with internal and external parties
- Responsible for travel arrangements and itineraries for private and family trips
- Arrange monthly board meeting, draft meeting agenda, prepare meeting materials, minutes, reports, PowerPoint presentation and take respective follow-up actions
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure all assigned tasks are on-track
- Coordinate ceremonies and events, charity activities and social functions
- Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years experience as Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant
- Event and marketing work exposure would be an advantage
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fast paced and dynamic, able to work independently and be detail-oriented
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
