About our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong-listed conglomerate with many business developments across Asia is now seeking a Private Chef to be part of their growing team.
About the role
You will be required to plan and prepare daily meal menus and arrange with the housekeeping team for material and ingredients. Develop menus according to client requirements. With extensive experience in cooking various South East Asian Cuisine, including but not limited to; Thai, Singaporean, Malaysian, Indian, Japanese and Korean.
Requirements
- 10 years or above in Asian Cuisine culinary experience or related fields;
- Experience in hotels or related restaurant experience;
- Responsible for overall kitchen operation and care of the kitchen;
- To prepare small banquets, for the client and family guests; and
- Work proactive, responsibly, friendly, kind and courteous and the ability to work independently.
