Job Description
Our client is seeking a Process Owner Specialist who will play a crucial role in creating SOPs for key business processes within the organization. The primary objective of this role is to ensure a smooth transition and handover of processes among different teams and departments, ultimately improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the intricacies of key business processes.
- Analyze current workflows and identify areas that require SOP development to streamline operations.
- Design and develop comprehensive SOPs that clearly outline the steps, roles, and responsibilities involved in each process.
- Ensure that the SOPs adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
- Work closely with teams and departments to introduce and implement the SOPs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' Logistics or supply chain planning experience
- Solid expertise / operational know-how of business process and identify role & responsibility in different process
- Experience in Supply Chain Luxury Retail Industry is preferrable.
- Independent, devoted with belief of term-spirit.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Knowledge of process design and implementation of ERP system
- High awareness of compliance and risk control
- Skill of presentation and training is preferrable
- Experience MS Visio
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
