Responsibilities
- Support e-procurement system in tender bidding process, vendor registration, liaise with user department to ensure its smooth operation
- Handle data analysis and create reports to facilitate the formulation of procurement strategy
- Handle daily routines administration works independently
- Assist in various ad-hoc tasks of the department
- Ensure compliance with established Policy and Procedure, procurement guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sizeable organizations with exposure in procurement-related fields, government sector / NGOs / Hospitality / MNCs preferred
- Familiar with the e-tendering system and Ariba are added advantage
- Highly self-initiated, strong problem-solving, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferable
