About Our Client
Our client is a leading premium private healthcare organization and offers consumers all-rounded healthcare services including Medical Check-up, Medical Imaging, Endoscopy, Physiotherapy, Fitness, and Postnatal Care. They are looking for a Procurement Specialist (Assistant Manager grading position) who would be report to Head of Finance and responsible for purchasing, procurement policy setup, supplier management, tendering, reporting and inventory review with internal stakeholders in their Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Execute medical-related and consumable items procurement activities, pricing negotiation, order management, supplier management, and supplier base maintenance
- Set up sourcing strategic plan, procurement policy and procedure for internal stakeholders
- Conduct bidding, RFQ, RFP process and follow up
- Review supplier performance with rollout supplier performance survey and evaluate with internal stakeholders
- Support supplement e-shop platform inventory backup based on sales trend and order lead
- Develop strategic procurement based on data analysis to conduct continues process improvement and cost saving
- Liaise with different centres and clinics to review the inventory level and procurement needs
- Support procurement training and procurement procedure to different centres and clinics
- Handle ad-hoc project as required
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management/ Business Management or related disciplines
- 5 years of purchasing experience
- Good command of both written and spoken in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP is preferable
- Experience in working in clinic, medical centre, hospital, fitness centre, beauty or any health & wellness field would be an advantage
- Candidate with less experience would be considered
