Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall product development strategy in alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and product gaps, translating insights into actionable product development plans.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and scaling for commercial production.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and are manufactured efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within allocated resources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market insights to drive continuous improvement and identify new product opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Product Development, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product development within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into innovative product concepts.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
