About the Company
Our client is a global consumer electronics accessories company that creates simple, effective, and tech-enhanced products and services. Through online platforms and retail distribution, our client has become an industry-leader and achieving double-digit sales growth Year on Year consecutively for both domestic China and global overseas markets.
To accommodate the upcoming expansion phase, top management is looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Director to oversee the general product marketing strategy for the China and Overseas markets.
About the Role
- Lead the Product Marketing team (8-10 staffs)
- Drive and define the online and offline Product Marketing strategies as well as develop product launch and go-to-market strategies for newly developed products
- Conduct Market analysis & research to keep abreast of the market trend and implement the appropriate marketing actions
- Define product positioning, product portfolio management, Pricing & Profit control, and assortment planning
- Work closely with the internal teams such as Merchandising, eCommerce, and Sales team to work out the optimal sales strategies for various channels
- Closely follow and review marketing strategies, and perform budget planning and expenses control
- Participate and develop new company products
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or any related business disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years Marketing experience with at least 3 years serving as a department head within the FMCG / Consumer Goods sector
- Creative strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Fast-paced and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
