About Our Client
Our client is a leading apparel manufacturer and employs over 20,000 people worldwide. Due to business expansion plan, they are looking for a Production Planner based in Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Prepare and analyze capacity plans, production plans and order allocation to perform accurate forecast and arrangement
- Provide order loading reports and order loading simulations to support and aid management in decision making
- Simulate all potential changes on production capacity and orders with data and information in relation to capacity, efficiency, schedule and inventory for better process analysis
- Generate reports by collecting and analyzing data across relevant functions for productivity improvement
- Research and analyze the market trend, tolerances and variances to support the forecast
- Develop, and review and improve data accuracy and management processes to support decision making
- Liaise and work with different functional teams and communicate with internal stakeholders for better market understanding to set up requirements and improve production planning
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management / Operation Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning, analytics matrix design, risk estimation, data controlling and data management
- Experience in apparel industry is preferable
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and related system is preferable
