About the Role
Reporting to the Chairman of the Trustee, you will be the advocate in promoting the objectives of the Foundation. As the Program Manager, you will be initiating and supporting various charity sponsorships in the education, arts, medical sectors. You will also actively participate in the activities related to poverty relief and assisting the ones in need. In addition, you will be managing the charity and the schedule of the trustee meetings. Last but not least, you are the key responsible person in overseeing the fundraising activities as upcoming marketing and public relations strategies.
The Successful Applicant
❖ Degree holder
❖ At least 5 years of work experience in social enterprise or NGO sector, with 10 years in business leadership, and 5 years in organization development and strategic planning preferable in other charity organisations.
❖ Extensive network in commercial, government and NGO sectors, with strategic vision, tactical thinking, political savvy, strong business acumen and the ability for business alignment.
❖ High in work ethnics and integrity.
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
