Job Description
Project admin (luxury, 1-year contract)
- Exposure to luxury brand
- Team support for admin/PO process
- 5-day work, 1-year contract (renewable)
- Location: Quarry Bay
Responsibilities:
- Handle projects and departmental purchasing requisition, submit PO for company approval
- Follow up invoicing issues, such as invoice processing, payment follow up and tracking
- Collect required information for vendor account creation and update supplier information
- Co-ordinate with Project managers on PO issue and payment stages.
- Work with Finance department to facilitate the payment process and provide information for accounting purpose
- Support in internal/external events and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in admin, luxury retail, or purchasing/PO process in sizable organization is preferred
- Good communication skills, fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Familiar with computer operation and MS Office, hands-on experience of Coupa or other PO systems will be a plus
- Active, responsible, detail-minded and good numerical sense
- Good team player with stability and positive attitude
