Job Description
Project Coordinator (contract, up to 25k)
- Admin & project management of office renovation
- Solid exp in project / facilities management
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing on projects, keep track of and report on project progress.
- Coordinate and work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress to ensure projects are completed promptly, within budget and deadlines.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, budgeting and scheduling meetings as needed.
- Support other duties assigned by the Manager orderly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in building service engineering, property facilities management or any business related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, office renovation project experiences is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
- Able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese

- Contract till end of Oct 2024
- 5-day office work, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- Location: Quarry Bay
