Responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager and work with a team of Project Executives
- Handle end-to-end funding application including but not limited to verification of document submissions, assessments, internal & external liaisons as well as eligibility checks
- Ensure application experience is delightful by updating progress to all applicants in timely manner
- Take care of all verbal and written enquiries. Ensure official replies are in line with internal instructions given
- Handle data entry, filing of documents, appendix and photographs which are stored in organization system for storage and retrieval
- Liaise with both internal and external partners (i.e Fund Administrator, Travel Agencies, Service Providers) for ensuring the smoothness of fund launching and approval
- Ensure all operations procedures adhered to regulatory requirements and policies
- Take initiative in auditing event / meeting effectiveness by onsite checking. Make necessary record and report to management on progress and room for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales / customer service field at multi-culture organization advantageous
- Detail-minded and able to work independently
- Ability to handle complex and repetitive tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Immediate availability is preferable
