About our Client
My client is one of the everlasting beverage brand in Hong Kong. After the COVID, they restore their business and try to expand their business, so they are looking for a Project Manager.
About the Role
- Responsible for all store constructions are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. operation team, contractors, consultants, vendors, property management team
- Site inspection during construction process and store opening if necessary
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or above in Project Management or related disciplines
- 5 years' or above experience in project management.
- Working in F&B, hospitality field is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, open-minded and good communication skills
