Our clients are looking for a high calibre candidate to manage their projects regarding to elevator, escalator, moving walkways, security systems and fire alarm system.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the compliance of the relevant quality and safety procedures is up to standard
- Manage the whole process from tendering, negotiation to execution
- Site visit to evaluate progress and espond to the feedback from the client
- Follow up with client regarding to their requirements and goals of the project
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in M&S / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 yearsof working experiences in managerial level
- Excellent leadership presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
