About The Client
Our client is a global retail group and they are seeking for Project Manager join their IT team.
Job Description
- Implement system transformation and automation project to improve overall back office operation process efficiency and effectiveness
- Determine projects' milestones, deliver and facilitate timelines and project content, standardize project management processes throughout the whole project lifecycle
- Lead user requirement gathering, gap analysis and document functional requirement specifications to meet the business objectives
- Work closely with HR, finance, and operation team to identify their needs and recommend relevant technology solutions
- Manage external vendor to ensure all deliverables are successfully and completely delivered within the targeted schedule, budget and quality
- Prepare documentation and user training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Proficient in transforming back office system and/or business process re-engineering
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management at sizeable enterprise and/or MNC group
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred
- Knowledge in automating finance/HR/operation system will be an advantage
- Familiar with agile methodology and proven experience in vendor management
- Skills in using JIRA or Confluence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with all-level business units include C-Suite
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) are required
