Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the project team in coordinating and implementing hospitality programmes for signature MICE events such as chartered tours, cultural performances, souvenirs, and other privileges to enrich MICE visitors' experiences
- Work closely with overseas and local key MICE event organisers, as well as external suppliers to coordinate and execute support for signature MICE events
- Provide planning, organising and execution support on ad hoc trade / marketing activities
- Provide administrative support such as programme evaluation, progress tracking, budget management, logistics arrangement, meetings scheduling etc.
- Provide on-site operation assistance at MICE events
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the event organising / sales and marketing / travel trade industry
- Strong presentation, communication skills, Detail-oriented and procedure-driven
- Ability to work independently, handle complex and repetitive tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Willing to work overtime and occasionally during weekend
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is preferable
