About the Client:
Our client is a global sourcing company with a need to hire a Project Specialist, responsible for project coordination for cross-departmental projects.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Director, you will engage in process re-engineering projects to ensure project deliverables and requirements. You will coordinate with project stakeholders across business units and external consultants to keep track of project status, prepare reports and documentation and conduct analysis.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in business/ IT discipline
- 1-3 year working experience in project management and coordination
- Relevant working experience with IT/ Retail/ Sourcing office projects
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Background in MNC environment is preferred
