My client is an International Retail Brand who owned several properties. They are looking for a Property and Facilities Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Assist the manager to manage all the self-owned properties
- Oversee the day to day operation with friendly working environment
- Liaise with internal users and external parties (e.g. vendors, contractors)
- Handle emergency cases
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or above holder in Property Management, or related disciplines with at least 2 years' solid relevant experience
- Candidates from agencies background are welcome
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and good communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
