About our Client
Our client is a Premium Property Management Company under Hong Kong listed developer, dedicated their business to residential, commercial and hospitality. In order to upgrade property management services. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Reporting to Senior Property Manager
- Manage on-site staff to oversee daily operation of the building
- Review the efficiency of management services and drive continuous improvement
- Review and prepare annual management budget and cost control documents
- Maintain high service standard and good relationship with tenants
- Coordinate with technical team for planning and execution of improvement projects, e.g. system upgrade
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines with at least 8 years' solid relevant experience
- Professional Qualification is prefer, e.g. CIH, HKIH etc
- Candidates from agency background are welcome
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
