About the client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed developer, who owns various types of luxurious residential and grade A commercial properties. In order to continuously maintain high standards of property management services, the company is looking for a high-caliber candidate with solid experience to join as Property Manager.
About the role
- Report to Assistant General Manager
- Responsible for management and operation to assigned deluxe properties
- Establish a standard procedures and guidelines to ensure all staff members follow
- Set up guideline and management standard of pre-management residential sites including a budget, manpower plan and internal training
- Able to identify potential risk areas/problem in management and provide improvement plans
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' experience in the management of luxurious residential properties
- Professional qualifications (e.g. MCIH, HKIH) preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong leadership, with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
