About our Client
My Client is a developer trying to rebrand their image to the public. In order to launch a new project, they are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Supervise the process of handover, tenants move in/ out, fitting-out works, reinstatement & maintenance coordination
- Manage on-site staff to oversee daily operation of properties
- Review the efficiency of management services and drive continuous improvement
- Review and prepare annual management budget and cost control documents
- Maintain high service standard and good relationship with tenants
- Responsible for planning and execution of improvement projects
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines with at least 8 years' solid relevant experience
- Professional Qualification is prefer, e.g. CIH, HKIH etc
- Candidates from agency background are welcome
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
