About our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong Headquartered property developer with a diversified businesses in real estate development and investment, property management, luxury hotels and serviced apartments, and health care services. Its projects are well known for its healthy and distinctive living experience. Due to business expansion in Hong Kong, the team is looking for a Property Management to manage its low-mid rise residential project in Hong Kong.

About the Role

  • Supervise site staff in carrying out daily estate operation and administrative management
  • Benchmark the market practice from the practitioners and review our own working procedures/practices/rules as well as prepare potential development and improvement plan
  • Engage in security & safety enhancement within the estate
  • Oversee landscaping and involve in design and review
  • Control over environment and hygiene of the estate and within the community
  • Manage club house operation and oversee the leasing counter services
  • Prepare annual budget and monitor the daily expenses & cost control
  • Take lead in pre-management works and setting up for the newly developments; handle defects inspections, prepare defects report and assist in handover and takeover for new development


  • Degree/Diploma holder in Estate/Property Management or equivalent;
  • Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Housing, Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Housing or equivalent is a must;
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience and 3 years at managerial level;
  • Sound knowledge in managing a sizable and high-class residential community
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
