About the client:
Our client is a listed Hong Kong company, with an annual revenue of more than $50 billion. The company continues to maintain high standards property management services, the team is looking for a high caliber candidate with solid experience to join as Property Manager.
About the role:
- Lead a team to provide premium management services
- Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants
- Responsible for the operating and risk management handlings of the properties (crowd control, emergency and evacuation, etc.)
- Assist in handling pre-management work
The successful applicants:
- Degree holder in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines at least 8 years' experience, with minimum 4 years' experience in management of shopping arcade and grade-A office building
- Professional qualifications (e.g. MCIH, MRICS) preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong leadership, with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property manager
