About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong renowned developer with intensive portfolio of residential, office complex and shopping mall. They are looking for a Property Officer to join their team to prepare their upcoming Grade A shopping mall.
About the Role
- Report to Manager
- Handle defects and improvement works with tenants during handover stage
- Maintain daily operation to ensure the opening is smooth
- Supervise frontline staff and make sure the service standard align with company's direction
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 2-4 years' of shopping mall property management experience
- Candidate with customer services experience is a plus
- Service provider agencies are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Corporate, friendly and good communication skills
