About our Client
My client is a listed developer with extensive residential and shopping mall portfolio in Hong Kong. To maintain good quality services to customers, they are looking for a Property Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Supervise frontline staff to ensure the shopping mall operation runs smoothly, e.g. cleaning, security, customer services etc
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and stakeholders
- Monitor the progress of all the repair and maintenance works, and contractors' working performance
- Assist the manager to develop new standards for service upgrading
The successful applicants
- Diploma holder or above in Property / Facility Management
- 2 years' or above experience in facilities / property management, preferably in shopping mall
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
