About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong Top-notch Developer with comprehensive portfolio including residential, office, retail and industrial building in Hong Kong. Currently they are looking for a Property Officer to join their team for their new shopping mall.
About the Role
- Assist manager in supervising operation team and provide guidance to the frontline staff
- Implement daily property management matters such as handover/takeover, tenant fit in/out, complaints
- Monitor external parties such as cleaning staff and security to ensure the service meet with company standard
- Prepare reports and attend ad hoc tasks as assigned
The successful applicants
- Diploma holder in property management, real estate and related disciplines
- 2 years' solid working experience in Property Management, shopping mall experience is a plus
- Professional Qualification is prefer, e.g. PMP Tier 2 license etc
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
