About the Client
Our client is a leading private equity real estate investment group managing more than US$10 billion of gross asset spanning across 14 markets in Asia. Due to its aggressive business growth plan, the team is looking for an ambitious talent to join as a Property Management and manage its retail project in Hong Kong
About the Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a retail property portfolio
- Assist in supervising the maintenance and improvement works involved in building services and facilities
- Liaise with tenants in all matters related to property management and supervise appointed property management teams and contractors to provide a full range of services in professional standard as required by the Company
- Ensure the on-site management team to provide excellent quality services including maintenance, security and cleaning
- Conduct regular site check and handle on-site operational issues
- Assist in handover arrangement and reinstatement with the appointed property management teams
- Ensure the tenants and contractors' billing and invoices are handled effectively
- Any other property management and operational duties assigned by the Company
Requirement
- Degree in Property Management, Building Services Management, Facilities Management, or relevant disciplines
- Around five years' experience in property management and building services, preferably with the exposure working in property developers or landlords for retail and commercial properties
- Good Knowledge of regulations of property management and building management ordinance in Hong Kong
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
